UK Knife Import Regulations

The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland has strict import regulations for kitchen knives. Knives with a blade length over 8 inches (approximately 20cm) cannot be shipped directly to the UK.

Ordering Knives Over 8 Inches to the UK

Knives over 8 inches in length will not appear when GBP (Pound Sterling) is selected as the purchase currency.

If you live in the UK and wish to purchase these knives, please choose a different shipping country and currency to view and order them.

Knives Under 8 Inches

Knives under 8 inches in length, such as santoku and petty knives, are available on our website and can be shipped to the UK as normal.

Knives With Multiple Sizes

Knives available in sizes that are both under and over 8 inches (like gyuto/chef's knives, deba, yanagiba etc.), will also be hidden when GBP is selected.
