Experience at ICHITOI
At ICHITOI, we hold experiences and workshops around the theme of "food and tool culture", including cross-industry talk sessions and events by people in eleven key areas who have created culture, tools, and handled cooking.
Because these areas are close to all of us, please enjoy events with us that lead to new discovered in the deep knowledge base that is Osakan food culture.
What is ICHITOI?
Based on the idea of "cultivating culture", we are trying to do this by connecting eleven different areas or cultures together. Spin their cultures together into new ones.
Many of these areas we all interact with everyday, and by combining them through workshopd and special events we can create and witness new ideas.
A space to see, touch, and know
ICHITOI also has a fully-fledged cooking area on top of the exhibition spaces, community boards, and other interaction areas where you can share your feelings and experiences others.
This space is designed to interact with. See culture, touch culture, and as a result, know culture.
