Returns and Exchanges

As a general rule, we do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.

If you have received a defective product or the incorrect product, please contact us by email within seven days.

If an item is defective, shipping charges will be paid by us once the item is received in store.

Returns are governed by Japanese Consumer Law, effective 31st of January 2017.
